Infinite Campus is updating its payment vendor to enhance security and improve the overall user experience.

As part of this change, any previously saved payment methods (such as banking or credit card information) will be automatically deleted. The next time you log in to make a payment, you will be prompted to re-enter your preferred payment information.

With this change, debit and credit card transactions will now be assessed a 3.5% processing fee and eCheck transactions will be charged a 2.5% processing fee.

Password Reset and Updating Functionalities

We have now implemented the option for parents and guardians to reset their own passwords, along with updating information like addresses, phone numbers, emails, and relationships, Click on "more" and select demographics or family information to update fields. Some update requests will require approval and changes will not show automatically. Please note that any changes in guardianship will need legal documentation. Approval or denial of updates will be posted in your portal message center in your inbox.

Parents/Guardians should contact the District Office at 320-354-2252 or use the "Forgot Password" button. 

To use the "Forgot Password" functionality, your email must be listed in your Account Settings.
